VA LOAN INFORMATION
After helping many military homebuyers, we are very experienced with working with VA loans. One of our tips is to use a mortgage lender that is also well versed about VA loans. This means that you should use a local mortgage lender or one that is a VA Specialist. Here are some that we have successfully used in the past. We do not recommend most "out of town" mortgage companies. Experience has shown us that when you are just a number to these companies, something is bound to go wrong. Most of them also charge higher fees and interest rates. One that has consistently had issues is USAA.
